You will be sent a link to your order confirmation after checkout. You can use the order confirmation page to track the delivery of your order. If you provide your email address at checkout, you will also receive an automated email when the package ships

We ship to the United States and other countries using the best possible shipping method for your location. We work hard to ship your order as soon as we can, which is usually within 2 business days.

 

Restricted Items

We are currently shipping hay products only to the United States, Canada and Mexico. We are currently also not shipping willow products to New Zealand or Australia. If you place a restricted item in your shopping cart and choose to ship to an address outside of North America, you will be unable to continue checking out until you remove the hay from your cart. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but if we ship the restricted item, it will more than likely not make it through customs in the destination country.
