30 Day Hassle Free Policy

You have 30 days from purchase to return any item. All items must be in original packaging and be in new condition. Returns are available only for items shipped to the United States. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@101pets.com, along with the reason you wish to return the order or items. We will, at our discretion, offer to send a return shipping label so that you can return the order for a refund. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for refund the item must be returned in one of the following conditions:

  1. The original package that was shipped to you must be unopened or  
  2. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
  3. If the product did not come in factory packaging, it must not show signs of use or chew marks.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and we are notified within 5 days of when you receive the item. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send us an email at orders@101pets.com. It is helpful if you include a photo of the item. We may at our discretion send you a return label and ask you to send the damaged product back to us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Refund Time Frame
    When we have notified you of a refund, we have already sent the refund request to our payment system. If after 5 business days you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank or credit card. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@101pets.com.
